UPE06 organizes a VISIO workshop: What is an employer mandate?
You've probably already heard of the Commercial Courts, Conseils de Prud'hommes, CAF, URSSAF, CPAM, Pôle Emploi, but what you may not know is that these are institutions where representatives may sit with an employer's mandate.
Representatives are entrepreneurs who are committed to defending the entrepreneurial spirit and to representing companies in the various bodies of civil society.
We must be present to propose and act on behalf of the business community, control management and participate in the implementation of the structures that our companies finance.
