TRANSPORT AGREEMENT  | Controversy on the use of the yachting transport agreement for navigations in italian waters

ECPY is extremely concerned about the circular 038/2021 of FEDERAGENTI (relayed by Italian professionals) and its allegations on a supposed "inappropriate use" of the yachting transport contract in Italian waters. According to this circular, this contract would not respect the requirements of the Italian Yachting Code.
